Mr. Nirav Mahadeviya is Chief Technical Advisor at Infinity O2 and he has been Mentoring our team by sharing his Knowledge Know-How and Experience and Insights. He is an architect by profession who has deep and wide experience of large scale industrial parks logistics parks and real estate planning.The Basket of projects dealt with by Mr. Mahadevia includes industrial park (less than 100 hectares to 4400 hectares), SEZ (Free Zone), Shipbuilding park and Logistics park along with housing area planning.
Under the Government of Gujarat policy number of private industrial parks has been conceptualised and approval has been obtained. First Shipbuilding park was conceptualised by Mr. Mahadevia in 2010. Apart from hard core Master Planning, Nirav has contributed to promotion of Gujarat Province as investment destination by joining Government lead delegation to USA and UAE.
The experience of Government Job has given deep insight in to the policy and its implementation as well as larger regional perspective connected with Industrial Real estate project.
Mr. Nirav Mahadevia has contributed to the institutes like GCCI - Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industries while being a part of industries related comities for about 3 years. Institutions like Ganpat University and In-Cube Venture has invited him as advisor where many new horizons have been explored.
